Overview

Developing and maintaining a vibrant, intimate relationship can be a challenge in today's world. Couples who want to empower their unions the support and skills in good communication, content resolution and financial planning.

Enrich is a couple resource covering four one hour sessions for couples in a committed relationship, who want to deepen the bonds of love between themselves. Each couple also receives a workbook "Building a Strong Marriage", containing exercises on communication, conflict resolution, and an explanation of Family of Origin issues.

The inventory and couple sessions will provide feedback on categories such as marriage expectations, personality issues, children and parenting and role relationships.

Goals of the Enrich Program

  • Explore a couple's relationship strength and growth areas.
  • Learn useful communication skills, including assertiveness and active listening.
  • Learn skills to resolve conflicts through the use of the Ten Steps procedure.
  • Explore a couple's relationship and their families of origin using the Couple and Family Map.
  • Develop financial plan and budget.
  • Develop personal, couple and family goals.
