Four Skills Relationship Seminar

The page covers the following topics:

Overview

Almost half of all Canadians complain they are experiencing moderate to high levels of stress trying to balance their jobs with home life. Stress from work creates increasing amounts of stress in a couple’s relationship.

In our creative one day workshop on life and marriage, we’ll look at the factors that create so much of our stress. We’ll examine our current stress levels, coping skills and satisfaction areas in a confidential supportive atmosphere.

The aim of the Four Skills Relationship Seminar workshop using the Coping & Stress Profile is to enrich and improve your most intimate relationship. You’ll have a greater understanding of personal and relationship stress. You will also create unique and individual plans for achieving new goals in your life together as a couple.
