Stress, Adrenalin & You

A Mini Workshop on Stress Management

The aim of the workshop is to help people handle personal stress creatively and effectively in order to be more balanced and productive in all areas of their lives.

We'll look at the hidden link between stress and adrenalin and how this link affects our bodies, minds and emotions. The "fight or flight" response, which is a critical part of our reaction to the stressful events of life, will be described. Using simple exercises and confidential questionnaires symptoms of stress will be identified and effective coping strategies will be suggested to reduce the damaging effects of adrenalin arousal.

In a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere people will analyze their stressful environments and be shown creative, positive ways to get more enjoyment out of life and to increase their personal productivity.

Over a thousand people have taken this workshop in the Victoria area and have discovered the means to live a more balanced, relaxed and happier lifestyle.
